Objectives
In this course educators will
- be acquainted with information and tools to create a culturally responsive classroom;
- learn why acceptance and trust is important to your students and how it empowers them;
- learn what culturally responsive teaching is;
- be acquainted with proven teaching strategies;
- learn how you can support culturally diverse students; and
- learn some new activities that create cultural awareness.
